Unilateral bridge: 5 times each side
Hip abduction in side lying: 6-7 times, build up to 20
Sphinx: 1-3 min
Hamstring Stretch, hold 10 sec, aim 20 sec 3x each
Exercises for your hand:
- Push down with thumb
- Pinch with fingers
- full grip
